emon77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from a Force Majeure event as defined in Section 1. In such circumstances, emon77's obligations are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and emon77 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
